What is the isotropy and anisotropy of ferrite magnets?

Ferrite permanent magnet is made of equal square and different square materials, and the manufacturing methods include dry pressing and wet pressing. Due to cheap raw materials and easy mass production, it is the material with the largest demand and the widest use in the market.

The so-called isotropic magnet is formed by powder metallurgy of Dongyang magnetic tile with fine particles, but without any magnetic field arrangement and directly pressurized. It can be magnetized in various ways according to customer requirements, which is less limited than ferrite magnetic tile. However, the disadvantage is that the magnetic beam density is weak, and some applications may not meet the magnetic requirements set by customers.

The so-called anisotropic magnet is just opposite to the magnetic tile of electric vehicle motor. It uses fine powder during molding and uses the arrangement of high-voltage magnetic field to make the magnetic field into a fixed axial or radial direction. After the completion of this kind of magnet, it can only be magnetized according to the arrangement of magnetic field during molding, and its finalized magnetization direction cannot be changed. Its advantage is strong magnetic force and high retaining magnetic force, which is the mainstream of ferrite magnet market.

The main differences between the equi square and hetero square properties of ferrite magnets

Equivalency: 1. The raw material is granular, with a size of about 3 ~ 4 μ m。 2. When forming, the raw materials are not magnetized and arranged. 3. It can be magnetized in any direction. 4. Magnetize according to the thickness direction, and the magnetic force is about 500 ~ 800 Gauss.

Anisotropy: 1. The raw material is in powder shape, with a size of about 0.85 ± 0.1 μ m。 2. During molding, the powder is magnetized and arranged. 3. When magnetizing, a certain direction is required, such as axial or radial. 4. Magnetize according to the thickness direction, and the magnetic force is about 800 ~ 1400 Gauss.

Ferrite anisotropic mold pressing magnet: it is a two-sided magnetic force with slightly stronger force and is widely used, such as electronics, toys, industry, furniture, stationery, gifts And so on.
